Maytag, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Electrolux, LG, Samsung, GE, Bosch. What are the biggest concerns or hesitations people have before hiring an appliance repair service like yours?
Common concerns include: "Is it even worth having my appliance fixed vs getting a new one?" This is a common question and the two main factors to focus on is age of the appliance and cost of repair, when we come out to diagnose the appliance, we weigh out these factors compared to the purchase and installing of a new appliance and will provide you with our recommendation upfront. "Do you warranty your work? "Yes, our parts and labor are covered by a 90-day warranty through our part distributors, and I encourage customers to immediately reach out if a part fails within that warranty window so we can return and fix it. "What if your part does not fix the problem?" I am not perfect and do make mistakes and may misdiagnose an appliance. The customer does not assume that cost and I will refund you the cost of the part and labor.
